The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online store.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are mainly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership company with legal capacity, who acts during the conclusion of a legal transaction in order to carry out his independent commercial or professional activity.

Product purchase

Offering products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.
The contract is concluded when you click on the order button, accept the offer of the product in the shopping cart and make the payment.
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email notification confirming your purchase.
All prices include value added tax.
Due to the virtual nature of the products, there is no physical transfer and it does not include customs duties.
The educational content is in the form of a video and is placed in the customer’s panel after purchasing each course.
A course cannot be purchased again and can only be purchased once, even if the course content is updated.
I reserve the right to change the price due to frequent updates of videos and course content. But the price change is not included for customers who have already purchased the training course.

Product delivery conditions

The training courses are virtual and in video format, and after purchase, they are placed in the customer’s panel, and they are currently downloadable.
But this right will be reserved for me to change the conditions of downloading educational videos to the conditions of only watching educational videos.
But it is still available to the customer and has no expiration date.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the course within fourteen days or before receiving or watching 30% of the course, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party in your name purchased the course.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement in English to ([email protected]). In this case, the entire amount paid by you will be returned to your account.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, I will pay you all payments received from you, including delivery charges. (with the exception of additional costs resulting from online purchases) immediately and within a maximum period of fourteen days from the day I received the notice of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
– More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
– You have seen or downloaded more than 30% of the course content.
– Request payment in a way other than your payment method.
– The payment request should be in a name other than the buyer’s name.

Warranty:

The course materials are prepared with great sensitivity and are completely practical.
Definitely, all my efforts are that the courses have the highest scientific and practical level in terms of quality.
Web science is changing day by day, so the courses will be updated.

The payment

This website uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security standard to transmit data during the ordering process. It protects your data, especially personal data, from access by third parties. Banks also use this procedure and thus guarantee your security.

Payment methods

– PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal online provider website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must register there or first register, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to me. After placing the order in the store, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive more information during the ordering process.

– Bank transfer
Payment to the bank account through bank transfer and after confirmation, the desired period will be activated for your username. To use this method, please send the name of the desired course to the email ([email protected]) with the email you created as a username on my website.

All the courses are prepared by myself and the contents of these courses are based on my 20 years of experience and knowledge.

All the educational content of this website is presented under the title (Bahman.app). You can see this title many times in movies.

Copy Right
If an example of my videos is presented on other than my personal website, please send me the desired link to email ([email protected]) in order to preserve the rights of the producer.
